Last night, we celebrated three remarkable young women who have left an incredible legacy both on and off the court. Congratulations to our senior Lady Hurricanes — Alea Porter, Anna Schaeffer, and Faith Goehring — who were honored at the CACL Center on Senior Night. Alea, Anna, and Faith, your hard work, dedication, and passion for the game have been an inspiration to your teammates, coaches, and our entire Schuylkill Haven community. Whether it was leading by example, showing resilience in tough moments, or sharing unforgettable victories, you’ve each left an indelible mark on this program. As you prepare for the next chapters in your lives, know that you’ll always have a family here cheering you on. Thank you for everything you’ve given to Lady Hurricanes Basketball — on the court and beyond. We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see what amazing things your future holds. Once a Hurricane, always a Hurricane! 💙🏀💛

Rainbow Trout eggs from the PA Fish and Boat Commission for Mrs. Schwenk’s yearly PA Trout in the Classroom program have arrived and the adventure begins! The eggs were counted, acclimated to and introduced in to the aquarium by Trout Committee Co- President Blake Rossi and Trout Committee Co-Vice President Allie Benulis. Other Trout Committee Officers include Matt Angelo, Chase Fisher, Carter Daniel, and Talan Spitler. Freshman members of the Trout Committee observed the big day including Aisley Jenan, Jaiden Kocher, Greyson Murphy, Eli Barton, L J Ulsh, Markko Durec, Dylan Benulis, Ethan Miller, Kloee Engle, Mina Barket, Jaimee Wagner, and Vanessa Bildheiser. In the photos, the eggs can be seen in the bag in which they arrived and then after they were introduced in to the two egg baskets in the aquarium. A total of 155 eggs were received, and the 50-member Trout Committee is hoping to have another successful year!
