General and Crisis Resources

Hello Haven Family,

The following is a list of resources and information to help you reconnect, regroup and get the supports you need. Please also remember that you can email Mrs. Yoder at yoderm@shasd.org for a “check in” at any time – just remember it’s all confidential  - unless you’re talking about hurting yourself, hurting someone else, or if someone is hurting you.

If you or someone you care about feels overwhelmed with emotions like sadness, depression or anxiety, or like they/you want to harm yourself or others, please call 911.
